Michael was formally the Executive Chef at the grand Victorian Royal Bath hotel, prior to this Michael was the Group Executive Chef at Hurst House on the Marsh, Carmarthen, a 5 star Boutique Hotel and Hurst House, Covent Garden, London (private members club).
Michael has gained a wealth of experience in a number of high profile Executive Head Chef positions namely the Celtic Manor Resort, a 5 star property which boasts a World class Golf course which will host the Ryder Cup 2010 as well as five restaurants, spa and banqueting and conference facilities for up to 1500 people. Michael has cooked for numerous members of the Royal family namely HRM The Queen and HRH The Prince of Wales.
Michael was a finalist in the 2000 Welsh Chef of the Year and won South Wales Chef of the Year and European Spa Chef of the Year in 2001. He was also the winner of the coveted ‘Chef Skills/Mentor’ award in 2007. Michael has competed with the Welsh National Culinary Team who achieved Gold medals and is set to compete with the Culinary team in a number of World Association competitions in the future.
Adam's culinary flair has won him awards in many national and international competitions.A fellow "Royal" chef having also cooked for the Queen, Adam is an extremely talented and dedicated chef, learning from the best at award winning restaurants over the last 10 years, including The Michelin starred Crown at Whitebrook and The 5 star Celtic Manor Resort.
